Cooking class takes from 9 am to 1 pm, Monday to Friday, under previous reservation and availability. Kitchen room is limited to a maximum of three people per class although a forth participant may be welcome to join up if all first three participants agree. Prior to the class, there is a guided tour to a local traditional market to experience the gastronomic culture and talk to local vendors. Cook will guide you into the market.
Class may be taught in Spanish or English upon request and each participant will have a printed copy of chosen menu in the requested language. Main course can be selected from some suggested options and includes a entrance dish, dessert and beverage. Class ends with a taste on cooked menu. Cooking class price includes round trip transportation of participants to/from hotel or home inside Puebla-Cholula area.
